Failed Sheep Dog

Me and my partner has been considering adopting a dog for a while but hadn't come to any decision either. So when I get a call from my partner, telling me "we've got a dog" and he's meeting me on the way home from work to lead me to him, I was, confused. He tells me a very sad story about a neglected farm dog called Frank.

Frank got a new name from his rescuers»

Wild Animals Are Not Pets!

Call on the USDA to properly define an exotic pet and to revise the Animal Welfare Act to ban exotic pet ownership in the USA. Not only do these kinds of animals not belong in a domesticated environment, they are actually dangerous, and suffer greatly by being abused as "pets."

Help Cover Lila's Surgery

Lila was trapped with a half a dozen other cats on a farm in Catawba County where the elderly owner had to go into a nursing home. She came to The Cat's Cradle scratching at her ears, shaking her head and tilting her head. It was found that she has an ear polyp that was recommended by two veterinarians to be removed. This is a very painful growth in the ear causing damage to the ear drum if left untreated, causing loss of hearing and/or recurrence of tumors possibly making her lose her ears completely. The Cat's Cradle sprung into action with Lila and she received the recommended ear surgery. She is now pain free and recovering but we are still in urgent need of your help to cover her surgery costs so we can help other medical cases just like hers.

We are in urgent need of your help to cover the medical costs for Lila so we can continue saving animals just like her.
