Zero Chances

I went to the website and read his story. Zero was found as a stray and taken to a high kill shelter. He missed the list to be put down twice.

When he was neutered, it was discovered that his back right hind leg was broken in two places…

Help Stop Circus Cruelty!

Circuses are a long-standing tradition in America and abroad. Sadly, they bring with them a long history of violence. While animal cruelty laws have helped mitigate the damage, other countries do not have the same standards.

Animals that otherwise belong in the wild — like elephants, tigers, and lions — are captured, kept in sub-par living conditions, and then forced with whips to perform stunts every night. They are then led back to their cages where they have minimal room to stretch or move around.

Help House Abandoned Farm Animals!

The Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary will honor the memory of Catherine Violet Hubbard, one of the first graders lost in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Newtown, CT on December 14, 2012. Catherine is remembered for her beautiful smile, compassionate spirit, and love of all creatures. The sanctuary will fulfill an innocent and pure dream of a child who would whisper to every animal, "Tell all your friends that I am kind." In the next 20 years, it is estimated that more farmland will go up for sale than ever in Connecticut's history, a transition that will displace hundreds of animals. The Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary will not be a working farm, but a safe haven for those animals in need, providing them with a home where the can live the remainder of their days in a peaceful community.

Feed Shelter Animals
With millions of cats and dogs in shelters, rescue organizations have a lot of mouths to feed.In fact, one of the biggest expenses for shelters and rescue groups is feeding the animals in their care. By providing them with free, healthy meals, GreaterGood.org makes it possible for shelters to focus their energy and limited resources on other important needs — like saving more animals.

And you can help. Just $1.00 helps provide 20 meals to animals in shelters. Your gift helps keep these pets fed while they wait to find their forever homes!
