Peanut Butter And Jelly

My Fancy died in 2013. She was a toy poodle rescue, almost 15. My other dog, Lucy was lonely, so I looked at another bunch of rescues. I found Eric, who looked like Fancy but bigger. He wasn't potty trained, still is not 100% and he has seizures (he's on meds now).

He gets along with everybody. »

Horses Being Slaughtered In A Field?!

Dogs, cats, goats, and countless horses have been slaughtered or left to die on 80 acres of land owned by the Irish National Asset Management Agency. Reports of animals being beaten and ruthlessly tortured by teenagers and adults have been met with little action from authorities.

Help Cover Antonio's Emergency Jaw Surgery

Antonio was relinquished to a small shelter as a bottle baby at two weeks old -- and horrifyingly, all of the skin of this tiny kitten's jaw was hanging from the bone. One of the shelter employees contacted MeoowzResQ for help. Antonio was immediately transported to a veterinary hospital, where staff stayed after hours to accept the kitten and perform emergency surgery. Thankfully, the surgery was a great success, the stitches so tiny and intricate there will be minimum scarring. This sweet little fighter will be completely healed by the time he is ready to be neutered and adopted. Once the stitches come out and his jaw heals he will be back to perfect. He will need weekly veterinarian check-ups to make sure everything is healing correctly. Your kind contribution is needed to help cover Antonio's emergency surgery so we can help more animals in need.

You can help. Just $25 goes far toward Antonio’s jaw surgery and recovery.
