I first saw Sugarbear in late October 2009. I had heard about a dog that had been living in the desert not far from my home. She was called Desert Dog. They said she had been living there for a couple of years. People occassionally gave her food and water but no one rescued her. I went out for seven months and took care of her and we developed this wonderful bond. On my third attempt to rescue her we were successful and she is at home adjusting to her new and amazing life!!!!!!
