Little Monster

A year ago my boyfriend called me asking me if I wanted a puppy. Now at the time I lived with my parents while going to college and I didn't think they'd let me have a dog since we already had their Rottie. However after begging they allowed me to have him, and I just had to have this dog. His breed is completely unknown, all I knew was he had snuck onto my boyfriends porch during a storm. He was 12 weeks old, but no bigger than 5 pounds, he had Mange and Hookworms ran rampant in his tummy; the bloating was terrible. He had been seen before with children throwing things at him and chasing him down. At first he trusted absolutely no one, barely slept, ate everything and yet didn't gain any weight. Now he's roughly 50 pounds of muscle, he's had all his shots and most importantly he's the happiest dog I've ever seen. He takes every day for all it's worth, playing constantly and never missing an opportunity to cuddle up to me when I put on a movie. He sleeps like I do when I finally get a vacation from school, but most importantly he finally trusts and is by far the sweetest tempered dog, despite what has happened to him. He's my little Graham, the sweetest Monster that ever lived and I'm so blessed to see his tail wag every morning and have him tongue bathe my face when the alarm goes off.
