Customer Service

We always work to satisfy our customers and make it easy to shop with us. We appreciate your business - you directly benefit worthy causes with each and every purchase you make. Thank you for your patronage!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it with the original packing receipt within 45 days of the order date for exchange or refund, subject to some restrictions. Please see the Returns and Exchanges section below for more information.

Phone Orders

To place an order by phone, please contact our customer service department between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday. You may call us toll-free within the U.S. and Canada at 1-888-355-4321. To contact us from outside the U.S. and Canada, please call (206) 268-5400.

Estimating Your Delivery Time

Most orders are processed within one to two business days. Once your order ships from us, average delivery time for the standard, domestic ground shipping option is 1 - 2 weeks.

If available for your ordered items and selected, your level of U.S. expedited service will determine delivery timeframes. Once your order has shipped, 3-day service means the service takes three business days to arrive; 2-day service takes two business days, and Next Day delivery means the package will arrive on the next business day after we ship it.

3-day, 2-day, and Next Day delivery are not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, nor to P.O. boxes or APO boxes.

No Saturday or Sunday deliveries are available. U.S. national holidays are not delivery dates. Express packages will be shipped by UPS. Some rural addresses are not offered expedited service. Please make sure that the ship-to address on your order is correct. Manual address corrections due to errors or P.O. Box numbers will delay your package significantly and/or result in additional shipping charges. Free shipping and flat rate shipping do not apply to bulk orders.

UPS Ground Shipping includes a tracking number for your package.

For international orders, packages typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of shipping date, depending on Customs handling. Enjoy an everyday flat shipping rate of $12.95 on your international order. Free shipping and flat rate shipping do not apply to bulk orders.

Domestic Ground Shipping - $4.95
UPS Ground Shipping (includes tracking number) - $9.95
3-Day Shipping - $19.95
2-Day Shipping - $24.95
Next Day Shipping - $34.95

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed, an order number issued, and shipment begins. However, orders that cannot be canceled may qualify for our Return & Exchanges Policy.

If a customer requests an order cancellation after the shipping process begins, refuses delivery of a shipped package, or provides a non-deliverable shipping address, the shipping/handling fees are non-refundable and shall be deducted from any credit or compensation issued. The customer will be charged for both outbound and return-shipping charges associated with that order.

The amount deducted from the credit or compensation shall be the actual freight charges & handling fees charged by the freight carrier or supplier to us. For example, if UPS charges $5 to ship an item outbound, a $10 charge to intercept the package, and $5 for the return shipping cost, that full $20 shall be deducted from the refund or compensation amount. We kindly ask our valued customers that they carefully review their orders before completing checkout so that there is no need to request cancellation or refuse delivery.

Our Satisfaction Policy for Returns & Exchanges

If We Made An Error or Your Item Arrives Damaged
In the event that a problem with your merchandise is the result of our error, please contact us at customerservice@greatergood.com or 1-888-355-4321 to make arrangements.

If You Are Returning an Item for Exchange or Refund
Whenever possible, we encourage exchange rather than return of an item you are unhappy with; this ensures that the charitable royalty your purchase generated will still go to the charity.

You may return most items for refund or exchange within 45 days of the purchase date.

You will find instructions for returning or exchanging purchases on your packing slip. Items for return or exchange must arrive back to us in their original shipped condition with all original tags attached and original packaging and parts included.

You may return your package via the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we suggest using a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation, and that you insure the package for the value of the item(s) enclosed.

We cannot accept returns of items that do not have their original packing slip(s). Please contact us at customerservice@greatergood.com or 1-888-355-4321 if you do not have your original packing slip.

No credit can be issued until we have inspected the returned item and it is found to be in new, unused, unlaundered condition (if applicable) with all original tags attached and original packaging and parts included.

The original shipping/handling charges (including customs/broker fees & tariffs for international shipments) are non-refundable.

If a customer under the authorized Returns & Exchange Policy later returns any item for credit that received a discount or promotional savings, and the lower order total would not meet the original minimum qualifications for the discount, then the amount of the sale discount shall be deducted from the refund amount.

Any credit or refund is applied to the original credit card used for payment.

If a customer returns an item in a condition that is not new and has been used or damaged (i.e., including but not limited to being dirty, soiled, with hair, or damaged by smoke smell or liquids) or laundered, no credit or refund or compensation is due. No credit or refund is due for items beyond the allowed return period of 45 days.

If You Are Returning a Gift
We are happy to exchange a gift within 45 days of purchase for another item of equal value from our store. Follow the "Returning for an Exchange" instructions on your packing slip. Returns for refund (or partial refund in the event an item of lesser value is requested as an exchange) are credited back to the original credit card used for the original purchase.

International Returns

Universal Terms of Service

All users and shoppers on GreaterGood stores are governed by the terms, policies, and restrictions stated on this site. By using this site, you agree and consent to all the terms, policies, and restrictions stated, including but not limited to the Returns & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree to the policies and terms stated, do not use this site. GreaterGood stores reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any portion of this Terms of Service, policies, and restrictions governing this site without notice. GreaterGood stores may amend the Terms of Service without notice.

If GreaterGood stores is unable to obtain payment for a period exceeding 30 days for an order placed and shipped, GreaterGood stores may assign the order to a collections agency and add the collection agency fee to the amount due. The additional fee shall be the greater of $25 or 1/3 of the original amount that GreaterGood stores was unable to collect prior to assignment to the collection agency.

Use of any special offer to receive a discount indicates full acceptance of the special offer Terms & Conditions in addition to all Terms of Service.

If a customer requests that GreaterGood stores waive the signature requirement for any applicable delivery to enable the courier to leave the package unattended at the delivery location, the customer assumes all risk and responsibility for the package and no compensation or credit is due should the package be lost or damaged.

Sales are final for Clearance items. Clearance items are products which are located in the Clearance category, are marked "Clearance" in the product price, and/or for which the customer received a discount of 30% or more from the regular item price. No returns accepted or refunds/credits allowed for Clearance items. Clearance items are limited to stock on hand.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies; Limitations on Quantity; Pricing Errors

The information on this website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability.

Should a product be listed with an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund in the amount of the incorrect price.

We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Out of Stock Products

We make every effort to keep products in stock. "Out of stock" products are typically re-stocked within 3-5 weeks, depending on the location of the product's supplier. (Products sourced from overseas may take longer to re-stock.) Due to the large volume of inquiries, we are unable to reply individually to inquiries regarding specific "out of stock" products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience. Your business is extremely important to us, as we consider you not only a customer, but our partner in making a difference!

Sales Tax

Our stores collect and pay sales tax in some U.S. states as required by law. If sales tax is applicable to your order it will be calculated and shown during check-out.
