Paw Tracks Handknit Stocking Cap with Earflaps

Item # 30952
No longer available

A cozy delight for your head and ears, our Paw Tracks Hand-knit Stocking Cap with Earflaps ensures warmth, comfort and a smile each time you wear it. The softest Peruvian alpaca yarn is knit into an eye-catching, soul-warming Nordic pattern -- complete with paw prints!

The alpaca, native to South America, is an animal on which many Andean families base their livelihood. They are sheared annually and their hairs separated into grades depending on thickness. The wool is strong, light, soft, hypoallergenic, breathable, and oil-free. Every touch is a caress -- your head, with its capacity to hold in warmth -- will thank you!

Cap colors include black, gray, and cream. 100% alpaca. Stretches slightly to accommodate most head sizes. Hand-knit in and fairly traded from Peru.

January 24, 2013 - Very soft and very warm. Unfortunately, for me, it made my forehead itch. (Seems my skin doesn't like sheep OR alpaca wool.) So I gave it to a friend, and she's worn it skiing and absolutely LOVES it!
