This was part of a birthday package I sent my sister-in-law, who is both diabetic and celiac. So far, she hasn't made the bean soup, but she did bake the cornbread....and she phoned me to say HOW GOOD IT WAS! And asked if she could buy just the mix. (I didn't know). She highly recommends this corn bread mix, and now I'm eager to try it myself. (Where can it be purchased?!?)

I had purchased the Six Bean Soup mix previously without the cornbread mix and ABSOLUTELY loved it - seasoned to perfection, in my opinion!
I haven't made the cornbread yet, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed :)
