I bought the XL, I am a 36DD in the chest area, and this shirt is a PERFECT FIT. It really is contoured to give you a great shape and the colors are VIBRANT. I recommend this item 110%, however the matching shorts run perfect in the waist and are HUGE IN WIDTH on the legs; just letting everyone know.

My Great Grandson was diagnosed in the Autism Spectrum when he was about 18 months old. I ordered this T-shirt two sizes larger than I normally would and it fits just fine.
Now I've ordered the shorts to have a complete outfit.
