How can beads in many colors be called green? These beads were made from 100% recycled fabric waste. They are an innovative use of fabric scrap that looks and feels different than anything you've seen before. Lightweight and textural, this beaded jewelry is handmade in Haiti by women trained and economically empowered by Haitian Creations, an enterprise project of Heartline Ministries. The bracelets are strung on elastic cord.

Haitian Creations is is about building empowering relationships with the women in their programs. Women who have completed the sewing and beading program have the option of staying on after training to make jewelry for export. Haitian Creations is a program of Heartline Ministries, an organization serving in Haiti for over 20 years.

  • Recycled scrap fabric & gold-tone metal
  • Approximately 2.25" diameter (5.7 cm)
  • Handmade in and fairly traded from Haiti

My wife loves these beads. Simple but nice. I love buying my wife pretty things and am really happy when she actually likes them and wears them.
